‘Choosing, Eating, Living’
During September 2006 the Institute of Food Research held three Open Days – the first,
on Thursday 7th September was primarily for our academic,
business and media stakeholders. On Friday 8th there were
a number of student workshops. And on Saturday 9th
– our doors were opened to anyone who wanted to
visit.
The theme was ‘Choosing, Eating, Living’, representing IFR as a vital link in the food chain.
A number of talks & displays were available explaining the scientific research currently happening within IFR. They are all available for download in PDF format.
