IFR Open Days, September 2006

The Institute of Food Research (IFR) held three Open Days – the first,
on Thursday 7th September was primarily for our academic,
business and media stakeholders. On Friday 8th there were
a number of student workshops. And on Saturday 9th
– our doors were opened to anyone who wanted to
visit.

The theme for the IFR Open Days was ‘Choosing, Eating,
Living’, representing IFR as a vital link in the
food chain.
The IFR Open Days took place in parallel with the
British
Association’s Festival of Science at Norwich Research
Park and attracted over 700 visitors.
